Safety is always first.

The employees of A.R. Mellinger Company LLC are our most valuable resource, and for that reason, their health and safety are important to us. We believe that each employee has the right to derive personal satisfaction from his/her job and the prevention of occupational injury or illness is of such consequence to this belief that it is given top priority at all times.

We take pride in the work performed by our employees. Each individual from top management to the working person is responsible for the safety and health of those persons in their charge and coworkers around them.  Therefore; all of our employees receive at a minimum an OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety Training Course.

While we have the greatest respect for privacy, it must be understood that we cannot tolerate any alcohol and/or drug abuse for any A.R. Mellinger employee. Such negligence threatens the ability to maintain a safe, healthy, and efficient environment, which contributes to the welfare of all of our employees. Therefore; A.R. Mellinger Company LLC is a participant in, and a member in good standing, of the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation Drug-Free Safety Program.
